welcome
No one ever followed his genius til it misled him. Though the result were bodily weakness, yet perhaps no one can say
that the consequences were to be regretted, for these were a life in conformity to higher principles. If the day and night are such
that you greet them with joy, and life emits a fragrance like flowers and sweet-scented herbs, is more elastic, more starry,
more immortal,--that is your success. All nature is your congratulation, and you have cause momentarily to bless yourself. The
greatest gains and values are farthest from being appreciated. We easily come to doubt if they exist. We soon forget them.
They are the highest reality....the true harvest of my daily life is somewhat as intangible and indescribable as the tints
of morning or evening. It is a little star-dust caught, a segment of the rainbow which I have clutched.
--Henry David Thoreau

There are two words to describe me: 'atheistic' and 'cynical'.
Anything else, you'll have to find out by yourself.
Don't like it, sue me.
And that's the awful truth.

Long time no post, dudes... Okay, here's the thing: I'm the main character for this play we're performing for our ELDDS Blackbox, which is basically a bunch of drama performances to the theme of 'Illusions'. There are a couple of romantic scenes in it, and I'm the boyfriend! This is so not me! I really don't do mushy and romantic scenes! Why must I be the dude? If only Crescent was a co-ed school... Anyway, if any one's interested they are selling tickets tomorrow at the canteen at $5 each, but they will also be selling tickets at $7 on our school's Opening Day on 8th September, which is also the day for Blackbox. It starts at 10am and ends at 1pm, and please would someone other than my sister come?? Exam results are out, and well, let's just say that although I received 'A's for all the languages (yes that includes Chinese), I'm really disappointed in the other subjects I'm supposed to be good at. Math was expected, seeing 25 people failed, but I was lucky to even pass, but I must admit I really could have done better if I only had adopted the same method I used to find the answer for the first percentage question with all the rest. I could have gotten a decent 'B' or even an 'A'. Oh, did I mention? Our school went to watch 'The King and I' musical a couple of weeks ago, though not many people appreciated the music, except me of course. Can ya blame me? I've always loved the songs ever since I watched 'Shall We Dance' and the really old version of the musical on television. I don't like the actors though, but you couldn't really see their faces from where we were sitting. I sincerely would like to thank our music lesson for giving us a reason to watch this brilliant production. The sad part, and I mean depressing, is that during the next two music lessons, we were forced to watch High School Musical, and even had to choose our favourite song...:( The only reason I was able to pull through it was because I was trying to catch glimpses of Allison from So You Think You Can Dance because she was playing a really really small part and she rarely appeared. So I amused myself to try to spot her distinctive bushy-ish hair. Well, it worked!
