welcome
No one ever followed his genius til it misled him. Though the result were bodily weakness, yet perhaps no one can say
that the consequences were to be regretted, for these were a life in conformity to higher principles. If the day and night are such
that you greet them with joy, and life emits a fragrance like flowers and sweet-scented herbs, is more elastic, more starry,
more immortal,--that is your success. All nature is your congratulation, and you have cause momentarily to bless yourself. The
greatest gains and values are farthest from being appreciated. We easily come to doubt if they exist. We soon forget them.
They are the highest reality....the true harvest of my daily life is somewhat as intangible and indescribable as the tints
of morning or evening. It is a little star-dust caught, a segment of the rainbow which I have clutched.
--Henry David Thoreau

There are two words to describe me: 'atheistic' and 'cynical'.
Anything else, you'll have to find out by yourself.
Don't like it, sue me.
And that's the awful truth.

Common Tests are finally over! But I've only got a weekend to celebrate... next week I'll get my results.... Nevermind, I'm gonna make full use of the time given to me. Spent the whole afternoon reading Stephen King, because I can't read it at night. I get real spooked out, I'm serious, and I won't be able to sleep. His books are just way too intense, man. Bought another Stephen King book, man I'm on a roll, so now my savings are pretty much depleted. Well, money is meant to be spent right? I've got five of his books now, though he has like about fifty, but there's always room for more. September is coming up, and I just can't wait! All my favourite shows are coming back then, not to mention Nights in Rodanthe which should be released around the end of it. The anticipation is killing me! Right when the September holidays start, the shows return, so I probably won't be able to concentrate on my homework, but then again, who cares? I always finish my homework beforehand and now I think I should be allowed some irresponsible behavior. It's time to kick up my heels and enjoy the spoils of childhood! Also, I need to get around and write some more stories. The few I already have are really good, but I realize that the more I write, the better I get, and there's always room for improvement. Maybe during the holidays, when I have time, I can finish up another story. For now, I'm just gonna let my imagination run so I can come up with an interesting, but probably dark, storyline. And Stephen King is doing wonders for me in that area. I can feel my thoughts getting darker by the moment.... muahahaha? The Singapore vs. China match is tonight at 7.30. I can't wait, and I dearly hope we win that Gold, though I don't think it's very likely. Well, Silver is good enough I guess, seeing as the most we've ever got was a Bronze 48 years ago. My fingers are crossed! Anyways, that pretty much sums up my day. So long till the next post comes up, which will be another long wait.
