welcome No one ever followed his genius til it misled him. Though the result were bodily weakness, yet perhaps no one can say that the consequences were to be regretted, for these were a life in conformity to higher principles. If the day and night are such that you greet them with joy, and life emits a fragrance like flowers and sweet-scented herbs, is more elastic, more starry, more immortal,--that is your success. All nature is your congratulation, and you have cause momentarily to bless yourself. The greatest gains and values are farthest from being appreciated. We easily come to doubt if they exist. We soon forget them. They are the highest reality....the true harvest of my daily life is somewhat as intangible and indescribable as the tints of morning or evening. It is a little star-dust caught, a segment of the rainbow which I have clutched. --Henry David Thoreau |
profile There are two words to describe me: 'atheistic' and 'cynical'. Anything else, you'll have to find out by yourself. Don't like it, sue me. And that's the awful truth. |

I really hate Cynthia! Why? I have a very good reason. Since I was the first one to be born, the pressure ( I didn't understand my mom) thingy transfused (I was confused then) my blood to Cyn, so when I was born, I was very pale, but Cyn was so pink...FCK! No wonder she's taller then me. And apparently, I have LOW blood pressure. So technically, the only reason Cyn's so healthy is because I gave her my 'miracle' blood. I 'sacrificed' myself for Cyn, and she still makes fun of my height. I want my blood back, or in the words of Cyn, "I wantie my bloodie backie." // Sunday, January 28, 2007, 11:17 AM Oh my LORD!!! There's this girl in my class, her name's Hilary, and I just found out how BLOODY rich she is. She has 13 houses...on her 10th birthday, her dad bought her a CABIN! She has 2 houses in Singapore, one bigger than the other. Alot of people didn't believe her, so she took a video of her house on her handphone(one of them actually, she has FIVE) and showed it to those people, I was one of them. IT IS FCKING BIG!!!! It's big enough to fit 12 parking lots side by side, it has a pool, sauna, movie room, library, 18+ TVs, which are all flat-screen plasma TVs about the same size as mine. Her room has a study room, bedroom, bathroom(about the size of my room), a balcony view and a swing, and a walk-in closet, which she regularly fills every week. She even has a Dolce & Gabbana bag and t-shirt, and likes to accessorise with real jewelry and her handphones. She has 6 cars, one's a Ferrari. Even the maid room has a computer and a plasma TV...she even has a driver. Since she's so rich, she bought 2 of every textbook (the whole thing costs $400), just in case she stains one or folds the cover page. If that happens and she doesn't have anymore textbooks left, she'll buy a new one. She bought 5 uniforms and PE attires each, and 10 pairs of school socks. Once, she bought 5 of every colour of Puma socks, why do you need so many socks? Someone said that her father earns 1 million a month, cos he owns 3 companies, but I'm not sure if that's true. Her cousin, according to her, is 20 times richer, but I think she's exaggerating. My classmates and I were asking her questions, and that was how we found out about her fortune. But other than that, I don't really like her. She has this very fake accent, cos she studied in America, and once, she skipped Geog class and lied about being sick so she could use the sick bay cos she forgot to do her homework. It seems she often forgets to do her homework. She says the reason that she's in Singapore and not America in some posh boarding school is cos her mother wants her to experience 'middle-class' life in an 'okay' school. When she turns 16, she's gonna go to study in America and learn how to drive. Oh, she also has a Rolls Royce. Man, some people just have it good huh? But I don't want to live her life, how will I ever appreciate it? // Wednesday, January 24, 2007, 6:38 PM This quote from the Bible, which I found in 'A Walk to Remember' by Nicholas Sparks, about love is so sweet, and true too... Love is always patient and kind. It is never jealous. Love is never boastful or conceited. It is never rude or selfish-. It does not take offense and is not resentful. Love takes no pleasure in other people's sins, but delights in the truth. It is always ready to excuse, to trust, to hope, and to endure whatever comes. // Tuesday, January 16, 2007, 8:00 PM I am gonna write down some of the weird questions Cyn asked me spontaneously one day...
// Sunday, January 14, 2007, 6:49 PM I've just finished reading 'A Walk to Remember' by Nicholas Sparks...it was so sad...even though I've watched the movie about a billion times, I still cried...three times even. Audrey, if your reading this, I'd like to ask you if you like to bite me...again...seriously, I'm absolutely DELICIOUS! In case you don't know what the hell is going on, Audrey (the cheeky bastard) asked if she could see me cry...as if... Finally, the new computer arrived (they gave it to us, free of charge, when we bought the broadband), and since we've put the cable modem thingy in my room, my sis gets the computer (my bro has his own laptop...which he can log in using his fingerprints...not fair!) but I don't give a shit because my table will get too cramped up if we put it there (I'm not exactly neat, especially if I have homework), but right now, its being 'displayed' at the second floor TV console, which is actually just a small and simple wooden coffee table, so we can't watch TV there... I don't think I really like Crescent, for the fact that we have to run 1.2km every tuesday and friday... Just my luck. // Saturday, January 13, 2007, 4:16 PM I just had my Crescent Girl's campfire, which was alot like Unity's one, only it took place in the Parade Square. It was really fun, and we got to see the uniform groups perform, which was quite cool. But there was the ONE fcking annoying girl that kept talking and talking. She was the only one that was saying anything! The rest of us were TRYING to watch the performances, you know. So, I asked her politely to not talk(I didn't say 'shut up' ah!)and even ended with a 'please'. But the stupid, stubborn girl went on about saying that she wasn't talking to me, but what has that gotta do with anything? Man, some people are such losers. When school starts, I'm gonna BURN her to pieces...oh, and she's also damn ugly...to me. My mom and bro came back from China yesterday. They bought quite alot of stuff. My bro bought a gun. My mom bought a REALLY nice DIOR bag and I finally have that sling bag I've always wanted, and it looks really nice. They also bought me three pairs of jeans, so finally, I have NICE pants to wear, and a wallet, a glass sphere thingy with a picture of a dog on it, a pair of shoes, socks, chewing gum, and some nice CDs...YAY! I don't like the people in Crescent, I miss 6D soooo much. The mucho grande 6D family was so fun. OK, the boys were sometimes lame, but I had friends there, good friends, cool friends, annoying friends (sorry Yi Xuan), but the people in my new class...got like lousy personalities. They are either too shy, lame or are just beyotches, man, how am I gonna make friends? Plus, since I'm the only Unity pupil there, no one talks to me cause they know someone from their own school. I don't mind Yi Xuan 'tagging' me, or Wei Shan (Sunny Boy!) stealing my water bottle, Dansen and his nonsense, memorising vocab and grammar, Lydia the one-song-suck-in-my-head-a-day, Jing Wen and her witch laugh (sounds alot like my mom's), bla bla bla, as long as I can join the 6D family again. I REALLY MISS THE 6D FAMILY! // Saturday, January 6, 2007, 9:26 AM It's 2007! Yesterday, I wanted to wake up at 2:15 am to watch this really nice movie, 'O', which is based on one of Shakespeare' plays, 'Othello', but didn't in the end...too bad. 2 more days until school starts, but I still wanna stay at home and stare at the TV until it's time for bed. It's a hard life, but someone's gotta do it. :p I hope Crescent offers good CCAs, I don't want to be stuck with something I hate for four years. The thing is, I think Crescent's only NICE CCAs are the sports, but I don't like any of them. Damn. Canoeing sounds interesting, but then you have to know how to swim, and I suck at that...alot, plus, it's really tiring. My arms will start hurting alot. // Monday, January 1, 2007, 8:50 AM |
